A sprawling area of high pressure will keep skies sunny in Winnipeg with highs in the mid-20s through the first half of the week.
Winnipeg will see pleasant, benign weather over the coming days as a ridge of high pressure dominates the eastern Prairies. With plenty of sunshine over the next few days, the city will see highs near of 25–27 °C and lows of 12–15 °C. Winds will be light, notable only on Tuesday when they will be out of the south near 20 km/h.
On Wednesday, a little more cloud will move through the region as a dissipating upper disturbance moves through. While this feature will produce showers in Saskatchewan, it should gradually fall apart as it moves into Manitoba.

The rest of the week will see temperatures slowly climb towards the 30 °C mark with plenty more sunshine. The next disturbance forecasted to impact the region will move through Friday night with a chance showers and thunderstorms into Saturday morning.
